 My Dearest Sanu,

As I sit down to pen these words, I find myself overwhelmed with emotions, reflecting on the beautiful journey of love and companionship we’ve shared over the past 25 years. It feels like just yesterday when we embarked on this incredible adventure together, hand in hand, hearts filled with hopes and dreams.

Through every twist and turn, every joy and sorrow, you have been my steadfast rock, my guiding light, and my unwavering support. Your love has been the anchor that has kept me grounded amidst life’s storms, and your unwavering belief in me has given me the strength to overcome every obstacle that came our way.

In a world where love is often measured by grand gestures and extravagant displays, yours is a love that speaks volumes in its quiet simplicity and steadfastness. You have never asked for anything in return for the boundless love you’ve showered upon me, selflessly giving of yourself without hesitation or reservation.

 As I reflect on our journey together, I am humbled by the depth of your kindness, the strength of your character, and the beauty of your soul. You have weathered my flaws and imperfections with grace and understanding, never once faltering in your love for me, even when I may have faltered myself.

I know that I am not perfect, and there have been moments when I have made mistakes along the way. But through it all, your love has remained unwavering, a beacon of hope and forgiveness that has illuminated my darkest hours and guided me back to the path of righteousness.

As we celebrated 25 years of our marriage, I want to take this opportunity to express my deepest gratitude to you for being the extraordinary woman that you are. You have enriched my life in ways I could never have imagined, and I am eternally grateful for the privilege of calling you my wife.

As we look towards the future, I am filled with excitement and anticipation for all the adventures that lie ahead. Together, there is nothing we cannot overcome, no obstacle too great, and no dream too lofty to achieve.

 फीस समय की या अनुभव की?

एक विशाल जहाज का इंजन खराब हो गया। लाख कोशिशों के बावजूद कोई इंजीनियर उसे ठीक नहीं कर सका। फिर किसी ने एक मैकेनिकल इंजीनियर का नाम सुझाया जिसे इस तरह के काम का 30 से अधिक वर्षों का अनुभव था। उसे बुलाया गया। इंजीनियर ने वहां पहुंचकर इंजन का ऊपर से नीचे तक बहुत ध्यान से निरीक्षण किया। सब कुछ देखने के बाद इंजीनियर ने अपना बैग उतारा और उसमें से एक छोटा सा हथौड़ा निकाला। फिर उसने इंजन पर एक जगह हथोड़े से धीरे से खटखटाया। और कहा कि अब इंजन चालू करके देखें। और सब हैरान रह गए जब इंजन फिर से चालू हो गया। इंजन ठीक करके इंजीनियर चला गया। जहाज के मालिक ने जब इंजीनियर से जहाज की मरम्मत करने की फीस पूछी, तो इंजीनियर ने कहा- ₹ 200,000/-

“क्या?!” मालिक चौंका। “आपने लगभग कुछ नहीं किया। मेरे आदमियों ने मुझे बताया था कि तुमने एक हथोड़े से इंजन पर सिर्फ थोड़ा सा खटखटाया था। इतने छोटे काम के लिए इतनी फीस? आप हमें एक विस्तृत बिल बनाकर दें।“

इंजीनियर ने बिल बनाकर दे दिया। उसमें लिखा था:

हथौड़े से खटखटाया: ₹ 2/-

कहां और कितना खटखटाना है: ₹ 199,998/-

फिर इंजीनियर ने जहाज के मालिक से कहा – अगर मैं किसी काम को 30 मिनट में कर देता हूं तो इसलिए कि मैंने 30 साल यह सीखने में लगा दिए कि उसे 30 मिनट में कैसे किया जाता है। मैंने आपको 30 मिनट नहीं दिए, इतने समय में मेरे 30 वर्षों का अनुभव दिया है। फीस कितना समय लगा उसकी नहीं मेरे अनुभव की है। जहाज का मालिक बहुत शर्मिंदा हुआ और उसने ख़ुशी ख़ुशी इंजीनियर को उसकी फीस दे दी।

तो किसी की विशेषज्ञता और अनुभव की सराहना करें... क्योंकि ये उनके वर्षों के संघर्ष, प्रयोग, मेहनत और आंसुओं का परिणाम हैं।

कृपया ध्यान दें:- इस उद्धरण की चिकित्सक के व्यवसाय से भी तुलना उतनी ही सटीक बैठती है।

लोक लुभावन नहीं, महा विध्वंसकारी RTH

 *जनता से अपील*

१. प्रदेश के सरकारी अस्पतालों में मुफ्त दवा, मुफ्त जांच और मुफ्त इलाज पहले से ही लागू है। निजी अस्पताल भी चिरंजीवी और RGHS सरकारी स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं में बेहद कमतर सरकारी दरों पर आम जनता को इलाज उपलब्ध करवा रहे हैं। इसे में इस प्रदेश को अलग से "राइट टू हेल्थ" अर्थात RTH कानून की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है। राज्य सरकार मात्र चुनावी रणनीति के तहत यह अधिनियम लाकर जनता के वोट भुनाना चाहती है। इस अधिनियम में चिकित्सको के व्यवहारिक हितों की अनदेखी की गई है।

२. हर पेशे मे दो क्षेत्र अपनी सेवाए देते हैं, एक सरकारी और दूसरा निजी। सरकारी क्षेत्र का दायित्व जरूरत मंद जनता को उन सेवाओ को निःशुल्क रूप से उपलब्ध कराने का होता है। इस हेतु उस सेवा से जुड़े सारे मानव-संसाधन, मूलभूत सेवाएं आदि की व्यवस्था सरकारी पैसे (अर्थात जनता के टैक्स के पैसे) से की जाती है। जहां सरकार उक्त सेवाओं को उपलब्ध कराने अथवा उनका प्रबंधन करने में दिक़्क़त अनुभव करती है, वहाँ वह इस हेतु निजी क्षेत्र का आह्वान करती है।

३. निजी क्षेत्र अपने निजी पैसे से या बैंक से लिए हुए ऋण के द्वारा उक्त सेवाऐं उपलब्ध कराने हेतु मूलभूत सुविधाएं और मानव-संसाधन के वेतन आदि खर्चो की व्यवस्था करता है। उसके पास उक्त व्यवस्थाओं को करने के लिए कोई सरकारी फंड नहीं होता।

४. यह सर्व-विदित सत्य है कि निजी क्षेत्र की सेवाओ की गुणवत्ता और प्रबंधन सरकारी क्षेत्र से बेहतर और सक्षम होता है। यही कारण है कि जनता निजी क्षेत्र की सेवाओं को अधिक उपयोग मे लेना पसंद करती है ।

५. पिछले सत्तर सालों में सरकारो द्वारा स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र को सदा कम अहमियत दी गई है और अपनी इस नाकामयाबी को छुपाने के लिए सरकार ने निजी क्षेत्र का सहारा लिया, जिस कारण आज स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र की सत्तर प्रतिशत सेवाएं और अन्य पैरा-मेडिकल सेवाये निजी क्षेत्र द्वारा दी जा रही हैं

६. निजी क्षेत्र द्वारा प्रदेश के दूर-दराज़ के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों तक स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की उन्नत तकनीक पहुँचाई गई है, जिस कार्य मे सरकार आज़ादी के सत्तर साल बाद भी विफल रही है।

७. यह सर्वविदित है कि स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र की उन्नत तकनीक की व्यवस्था करने मे निजी क्षेत्र को अपने स्वयं के निजी धन का उपयोग करना पड़ता है, जिस संदर्भ मे सरकार द्वारा उसे भूमि, निर्माण, बिजली, ऋण आदि मे कोई रियायत नहीं दी जाती है ।

८. इसके बावजूद भी स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र में कार्य कर रहे निजी क्षेत्र पर क़रीब 54 कठोर क़ानून लागू होते है, जिनकी पालना में निजी अस्पतालों को प्रति-वर्ष लाखों रुपयों का भुगतान करना पड़ता है, जिसकी वजह से निजी अस्पतालों में इलाज महँगा होता जाता है। इसके अलावा गुणवत्तापूर्ण इलाज में महँगी मशीने की आवश्यकता होती है, जिसमे करोड़ों रुपए का खर्चा होता है। इन सब में सरकार निजी स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र को कभी कोई रियायत उपलब्ध नहीं करवाती। इसके बावजूद भी राजस्थान के निजी स्वास्थ्य सेवाओ की दरें देश में अन्य राज्यों की तुलना में काफ़ी कम है ।

*"राइट टू हेल्थ" (RTH) कानून का चिकित्सकों द्वारा विरोध क्यों? क्यों चिकित्सकों के लिए यह है "काला कानून"?*

- निःशुल्क स्वास्थ्य सेवा उपलब्ध कराना सरकार का दायित्व है। सरकार पिछले सत्तर वर्षों में, स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र में, अपनी विफलता का ठीकरा निजी क्षेत्र पर ‘राइट टू हेल्थ (RTH) अधिनियम के रूप में थोपना चाहती है ।

- RTH अगर लागू किया गया तो हर निजी अस्पताल/क्लिनिक को हर मरीज़ की आपातकालीन स्थिति अर्थात इमरजेंसी मे इलाज मुफ़्त में देना होगा, क्या ये व्यावहारिक है ?

- हर मरीज़ की छोटी से छोटी पीड़ा भी उसके लिए इमरजेंसी होती है । RTH में इमरजेंसी की स्पष्ट व्याख्या नहीं की गई है । यदि यह बिल लागू हुआ तो हर व्यक्ति अपनी छोटी से छोटी पीड़ा को इमरजेंसी का नाम देकर किसी भी निजी चिकित्सक/अस्पताल से किसी भी समय मुफ़्त में इलाज लेने के लिए विवाद करेगा । इस कारण फिर कोई भी मरीज़ नियमित ओपीडी में चिकित्सक को न दिखाकर, इमरजेंसी बताकर हर बीमारी को मुफ़्त में दिखाने का प्रयास करेगा, जिसके कारण अस्पतालों का खर्चा निकलना ही मुश्किल हो जाएगा और निजी अस्पताल बंद होने की कगार पर पहुँच जाएँगे ।

- आए दिन इस कारण होने वाले मरीजों के इस विवाद से निजी अस्पतालों में नियमित रूप से मरीज और चिकित्सकों का टकराव आम हो जाएगा, मरीजों द्वारा की जाने वाली झूठी-सच्ची शिकायतों में इजाफा होगा।

- चिकित्सकों के लिए यह अधिनियम एक अन्य प्राधिकरण उपस्थित करेगा, जो पुनः के नवीन इंस्पेक्टरराज और वसूली का ज़रिया इनपर थोपेगा। इससे निजी अस्पतालों का संचालन बेहद मुश्किल हो जाएगा।

- उक्त प्राधिकरण के निर्णय के विरुद्ध संबंधित चिकित्सकों को न्यायालय मे अपील करने से इस अधिनियम में वंचित रखा गया है। यह अपने आप मे पूर्णतयः असंवैधानिक है।

- इस संदर्भ में कही पर भी निजी चिकित्सकों की मुफ़्त मे दी जाने वाली सेवाओ के पुनर्भुगतान की सरकार द्वारा कोई भी साफ़ रूप-रेखा का वर्णन नहीं किया गया है।

- यदि यह बिल लागू हुआ तो निजी चिकित्सा क्षेत्र धीरे-धीरे प्रदेश से समाप्त हो जाएगा, निजी चिकित्सक और अस्पताल संचालक पड़ोस के राज्यों में पलायन करने को मजबूर हो जाएँगे और स्वास्थ्य का संपूर्ण भार सरकारी स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्रों पर बढ़ जाएगा। अतः यह बिल जनता के हित में भी नहीं है ।

- आप सभी ख़ुद बताइए की यें पड़ोस के राज्यों में निजी अस्पताल और चिकित्सा सेवाये इतनी उत्तम कैसे है, क्यूकि वहाँ पर सरकार द्वारा निजी क्षेत्र को मुफ्त सेवाएं देने को मजबूर नहीं किया जाता।

- गुणवत्तापूर्ण इलाज हेतु उत्तम और आधुनिक ताकनिक और दवाईयो का उपयोग होता है, जो निःशुल्क इलाज की बाध्यता के अधिनियम के कारण निजी अस्पताल मरीज़ को उपलब्ध नहीं करा पायेंगे।

- सरकार ने RTH के लिए बजट का प्रावधान मात्र ₹ 1.70 प्रति मरीज का रखा है। क्या इतनी कमतर धनराशि से किसी मरीज का व्यवहारिक इलाज किया जा सकता है?

- RTH के अधिनियम बनने के बाद जब इमरजेंसी के नाम पर मरीज अपनी छोटी छोटी बीमारियों के मुफ्त इलाज के लिए चिकित्सकों को मजबूर करेंगे, तो जो बीमारियां वास्तविक इमरजेंसी हैं, जैसे हृदय रोग, जिगर रोग, मस्तिष्क रोग आदि, उसमे चिकित्सक उपयुक्त समय और संसाधन नहीं दे पाएंगे।

-RTH बिल में चिकित्सकों के दायित्वों का बखान है पर मरीजों और उनके परिजनों के संबंध में किन्हीं जिम्मेदारियों का वर्णन नहीं किया गया है। आज आए दिन निजी चिकित्सक/अस्पताल मौताणा, असंतुष्ट मरीजों द्वारा हिंसा, जन प्रतिनिधियों की दादागिरी से परेशान हैं। अधिनियम के आ जाने पर ये दिक्कतें हर दिन और बढ़ेंगी।

-बिल में इलाज के पुनर्भुगतान की समय सीमा का वर्णन नहीं है और देरी से भुगतान पिछली चिरंजीवी स्वास्थ्य योजना में गंभीर परेशानी रही है।

-एक बार अधिनियम आ जाने के बाद सरकार, वोटों की लालच में, उसमे मन माफिक कभी भी कोई ऐसा प्रावधान जोड़ सकती है जिससे भविष्य में चिकित्सकों को पेशेवर प्रताड़ना का शिकार बनना पड़े। इसलिए यह बिल नहीं आना चाहिए।

आज चिकित्सकों के दिलों पर गहरा अंधकार है छाया,

कि उनकी किस्मत उजाड़ दे, ऐसा काला कानून है आया।

कैसे आपकी स्वास्थ्य सुरक्षा हम करेंगे,

कि आत्माएं हमारी आहत होंगी और हाथ हमारे होंगे बंधे।।

यह RTH का नया कानून नहीं हमारा दुश्मन है,

जिसने छीना हमसे हमारी तरक्की और सुख चैन है।

अब हम आजाद नहीं चुनने को आपके स्वास्थ्य की बेहतर राहें,

सरकार की वोट राजनीति की शतरंज पर हम बन गए हैं महज प्यादे।।

सिर्फ चिकित्सक समुदाय ही नही, मासूम रोगियों को भी इसका दंश अब होगा भोगना,

कि ऐसे टेढ़े लोकहित विरोधी कड़े कानूनों के साए में अब इस महान व्यवसाय को पड़ेगा अब जीना।

अब कोई मायने नहीं रह जाएंगे हमारे कौशल और ज्ञान,

जल्दबाजी में महामहिम ले आए हैं ऐसे नियमों और कानून का आदान।।

हम सभी एक स्वर में चाहते हैं शांति और आपके तानाशाही फैसले पर पुनर्विचार,

कि कानून जनता और जनसेवकों (चिकित्सकों) की मदद को हों, ना कि उन्हें मूंडने को तैयार।

महोदय, अहंकार छोड़िए, करने दीजिए चिकित्सकों को बेहतर जन स्वास्थ्य का काम,

कीजिए काले कानूनों से भयमुक्त और स्वस्थ प्रतिस्पर्धी वातावरण का इंतजाम।।

हिन्दी भाषा के बारे में कुछ तथ्य

क्या तुम्हें पता है:-

·        हिंदी दुनिया में सबसे ज्यादा बोली जाने वाली भाषाओं में से एक है।  हिंदी या जिसे आधुनिक मानक हिंदी के रूप में जाना जाता है, एक इंडो-आर्यन भाषा है।  हिंदी उर्दू के साथ हिंदुस्तानी का एक मानकीकृत रूप है।  हिंदी और उर्दू में महत्वपूर्ण समानताएं हैं लेकिन उन्हें अभी भी हिंदुस्तानी के दो रूप माना जाता है।

·        भारत के बाहर, कई अन्य भाषाओं को भी हिंदी के रूप में मान्यता प्राप्त है, लेकिन मानक हिंदी नहीं हैं।  हिंदी न केवल भारत में बल्कि मॉरीशस, फिजी, गुयाना, नेपाल, त्रिनिदाद और टोबैगो जैसे कई अन्य स्थानों में भी बोली जाती है।

·        अंग्रेजी ने हिंदी से कई अलग-अलग शब्द उधार लिए हैं।  कुछ उदाहरणों में अवतार, शैम्पू, पायजामा, शर्बत, योग, कर्म, गुरु, निर्वाण, जंगल शामिल हैं।

·        हिंदी में प्रत्येक अक्षर की अपनी स्वतंत्र और विशिष्ट ध्वनि होती है।  इसलिए, हिंदी के शब्दों का उच्चारण वैसे ही किया जाता है जैसे वे लिखे जाते हैं।  दुनिया में हर संभव ध्वनि को आसानी से हिंदी में लिखा जा सकता है।  आधुनिक देवनागरी लिपि 11वीं शताब्दी में अस्तित्व में आई।

·        वर्ष 1881 में, बिहार ने अपनी भाषा को उर्दू से हिंदी में बदल दिया और राज्य की आधिकारिक भाषा के रूप में हिंदी को अपनाने वाला भारत का पहला राज्य बन गया।

·        हिंदी में हर संज्ञा का अपना लिंग होता है।  सभी हिंदी संज्ञाओं में लिंग होते हैं।  सभी क्रिया और विशेषण भी लिंग के अनुसार बदलते हैं।  हिंदी ‘ए’, ‘ए’ और ‘द’ जैसे लेखों से भी मुक्त है।

·        फारस और अरबी के कई शब्द हिंदी से लिए गए हैं।

·        पहला हिंदी टाइपराइटर 1930 में बाजार में आया।

·        हिन्दी भारत की राष्ट्रभाषा नहीं है।  भारत की कोई राष्ट्रीय भाषा नहीं है लेकिन हिंदी और अंग्रेजी को आधिकारिक भाषा माना जाता है।

·        हिंदी में एक तरह की वाक्य संरचना है।

·        महात्मा गांधी वह थे जिन्होंने लोगों को स्वतंत्रता के दौरान सामूहिक आवाज और विरोध और संचार की भाषा के रूप में हिंदी का उपयोग करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया और इसलिए इसे एकता की भाषा माना जाता है।

·        बोली जाने वाली हिंदी सिर्फ एक भाषा नहीं है।  इसके क्षेत्रीय रूप हैं जैसे मानक हिंदी, नागरी हिंदी, साहित्यिक हिंदी और उच्च हिंदी।

·        Hindi is one of the most spoken languages in the world. Hindi or precisely known as the modern standard Hindi is an Indo-Aryan language. Hindi is a standardized form of Hindustani along with Urdu. Hindi and Urdu share significant similarities but they are still considered to be two variants of Hindustani.

·        Outside India, several other languages are also recognized as Hindi but are not standard Hindi. Hindi is not only spoken in India but also in many other places like Mauritius, Fiji, Guyana, Nepal, Trinidad and Tobago.

·        English has borrowed many different words from Hindi. Some of the examples include avatar, shampoo, pyjama, sorbet, yoga, karma, guru, nirvana, jungle.

·        Each letter in Hindi has its independent and distinct sound. Hence, Hindi words are pronounced as they are written. Every possible sound in the world can be easily written in Hindi. The modern Devanagari script came into existence in the 11^th century.

·        In the year 1881, Bihar changed its language from Urdu to Hindi and became the first state in India to adopt Hindi as an official language of the state.

·        In Hindi, every noun has its gender. All Hindi nouns have genders. All verbs and adjectives also change according to gender. Hindi is also free of articles like ‘a’, ‘an’ & ‘the’.

·        Many words from Persia and Arabic are taken from Hindi.

·        The first Hindi typewriter came to market in 1930.

·        Hindi is not the National language of India. India does not have a National language but Hindi and English are considered as official languages.

·        Hindi has a one of a kind sentence structure.

·        Mahatma Gandhi was the one who encouraged people to use Hindi as a collective voice during the Independence and the language of protest and communication and hence is considered as the language of unity.

·        Spoken Hindi is not just one language. It has its regional variants such as standard Hindi, Nagari Hindi, literary Hindi and high Hindi.

 ہندی دنیا میں سب سے زیادہ بولی جانے والی زبانوں میں سے ایک ہے۔  ہندی یا بالکل جدید معیاری ہندی کے نام سے جانا جاتا ہے ایک ہند آریائی زبان ہے۔  ہندی اردو کے ساتھ ہندوستانی کی ایک معیاری شکل ہے۔  ہندی اور اردو میں نمایاں مماثلت پائی جاتی ہے لیکن انہیں اب بھی ہندوستانی کی دو شکلیں سمجھا جاتا ہے۔

 ہندوستان سے باہر، کئی دوسری زبانیں بھی ہندی کے طور پر پہچانی جاتی ہیں لیکن معیاری ہندی نہیں ہیں۔  ہندی نہ صرف ہندوستان میں بولی جاتی ہے بلکہ ماریشس، فجی، گیانا، نیپال، ٹرینیڈاڈ اور ٹوباگو جیسے کئی دیگر مقامات پر بھی بولی جاتی ہے۔

 انگریزی نے ہندی سے بہت سے مختلف الفاظ مستعار لیے ہیں۔  کچھ مثالوں میں اوتار، شیمپو، پائجاما، شربت، یوگا، کرما، گرو، نروان، جنگل شامل ہیں۔

 ہندی میں ہر حرف کی اپنی آزاد اور الگ آواز ہوتی ہے۔  اس لیے ہندی کے الفاظ لکھے جانے کے ساتھ ہی تلفظ کیے جاتے ہیں۔  دنیا کی ہر ممکنہ آواز کو آسانی سے ہندی میں لکھا جا سکتا ہے۔  جدید دیوناگری رسم الخط 11ویں صدی میں وجود میں آیا۔

 سال 1881 میں، بہار نے اپنی زبان اردو سے ہندی میں تبدیل کی اور ہندی کو ریاست کی سرکاری زبان کے طور پر اپنانے والی ہندوستان کی پہلی ریاست بن گئی۔

 ہندی میں ہر اسم کی اپنی جنس ہوتی ہے۔  تمام ہندی اسموں کی جنس ہوتی ہے۔  تمام فعل اور صفت بھی جنس کے مطابق بدلتے ہیں۔  ہندی بھی 'a'، 'an' اور 'the' جیسے مضامین سے پاک ہے۔

 فارسی اور عربی کے بہت سے الفاظ ہندی سے لیے گئے ہیں۔

 مہاتما گاندھی ہی تھے جنہوں نے آزادی کے دوران لوگوں کو ہندی کو ایک اجتماعی آواز کے طور پر استعمال کرنے اور احتجاج اور رابطے کی زبان کے طور پر استعمال کرنے کی ترغیب دی اور اسی لیے اسے اتحاد کی زبان سمجھا جاتا ہے۔

 بولی جانے والی ہندی صرف ایک زبان نہیں ہے۔  اس کی علاقائی شکلیں ہیں جیسے معیاری ہندی، نگری ہندی، ادبی ہندی اور اعلی ہندی۔

 یہ ہندی زبان کے چند حقائق ہیں۔

गंगा जल की तरह नहीं तो....

अपने पति परमेश्वर

और नवजात शिशु 

को छोड़कर....

जान लुटाओगी....

उनके लिये अपने भविष्य को 

दाँव पर लगाओगी...

उनकी होठों की

एक मुस्कुराहट के लिए

अपनी सारी खुशियों की 

बलि चढ़ाओगी....

क्या राम बन पाओगी????

क्या कर पाओगी 

अपने पति का परित्याग,

उस गलती के लिए 

जो उसने की ही नहीं????

के लिए भी????

क्षमा कर दोगी उसकी

Dear Praneh,

As you are turning 18 today,

I wish a lot many things...

Sometimes, I wish, you were still small,

Not so big and strong and tall,

'Cause when I think of yesterday,

I close my eyes and I still see you play,

I often miss my little boy, 

Who sometimes pestered me to buy a toy,

Who filled my days with pure delight,

From early morning to late night,

Today too dear, I am proud of you,

For all the thoughtful things you do,

I love you no matter what you do,

I may not like it, 

We may argue and disagree but,

I'll love you till my days are done,

And yeah.! I am so grateful that you are my son....

एक गोत्र में शादी क्यों वर्जित है

*-: एक गोत्र में शादी क्यों वर्जित है :-*

*पिता का गोत्र पुत्री को प्राप्त नही होता। अब एक बात ध्यान दें की स्त्री में गुणसूत्र xx होते है और पुरुष में xy होते है। इनकी सन्तति में माना की पुत्र हुआ (xy गुणसूत्र). इस पुत्र में y गुणसूत्र पिता से ही आया यह तो निश्चित ही है क्यू की माता में तो y गुणसूत्र होता ही नही !*
*और यदि पुत्री हुई तो (xx गुणसूत्र). यह गुण सूत्र पुत्री में माता व् पिता दोनों से आते है।*

*१. xx गुणसूत्र ;- xx गुणसूत्र अर्थात पुत्री . xx गुणसूत्र के जोड़े में एक x गुणसूत्र पिता से तथा दूसरा x गुणसूत्र माता से आता है . तथा इन दोनों गुणसूत्रों का संयोग एक गांठ सी रचना बना लेता है जिसे Crossover कहा जाता है।*

*२. xy गुणसूत्र ;- xy गुणसूत्र अर्थात पुत्र . पुत्र में y गुणसूत्र केवल पिता से ही आना संभव है क्यू की माता में y गुणसूत्र है ही नही । और दोनों गुणसूत्र असमान होने के कारन पूर्ण Crossover नही होता केवल ५ % तक ही होता है । और ९ ५ % y गुणसूत्र ज्यों का त्यों (intact) ही रहता है।*

*तो महत्त्वपूर्ण y गुणसूत्र हुआ । क्यू की y गुणसूत्र के विषय में हम निश्चिंत है की यह पुत्र में केवल पिता से ही आया है। बस इसी y गुणसूत्र का पता लगाना ही गौत्र प्रणाली का एकमात्र उदेश्य है जो हजारों/लाखों वर्षों पूर्व हमारे ऋषियों ने जान लिया था।*

*अब तक हम यह समझ चुके है की वैदिक गोत्र प्रणाली य गुणसूत्र पर आधारित है अथवा y गुणसूत्र को ट्रेस करने का एक माध्यम है।*

*उदहारण के लिए यदि किसी व्यक्ति का गोत्र कश्यप है तो उस व्यक्ति में विधमान y गुणसूत्र कश्यप ऋषि से आया है या कश्यप ऋषि उस y गुणसूत्र के मूल है।*
*चूँकि y गुणसूत्र स्त्रियों में नही होता यही कारन है की विवाह के पश्चात स्त्रियों को उसके पति के गोत्र से जोड़ दिया जाता है।*

*वैदिक/ हिन्दू संस्कृति में एक ही गोत्र में विवाह वर्जित होने का मुख्य कारन यह है की एक ही गोत्र से होने के कारन वह पुरुष व् स्त्री भाई बहिन कहलाये क्यू की उनका पूर्वज एक ही है। परन्तु ये थोड़ी अजीब बात नही? की जिन स्त्री व् पुरुष ने एक दुसरे को कभी देखा तक नही और दोनों अलग अलग देशों में परन्तु एक ही गोत्र में जन्मे , तो वे भाई बहिन हो गये।??*

*इसका एक मुख्य कारन एक ही गोत्र होने के कारन गुणसूत्रों में समानता का भी है । आज की आनुवंशिक विज्ञान के अनुसार यदि सामान गुणसूत्रों वाले दो व्यक्तियों में विवाह हो तो उनकी सन्तति आनुवंशिक विकारों का साथ उत्पन्न होगी।*

*ऐसे दंपत्तियों की संतान में एक सी विचारधारा, पसंद, व्यवहार आदि में कोई नयापन नहीं होता।*
*ऐसे बच्चों में रचनात्मकता का अभाव होता है। विज्ञान द्वारा भी इस संबंध में यही बात कही गई है कि सगौत्र शादी करने पर अधिकांश ऐसे दंपत्ति की संतानों में अनुवांशिक दोष अर्थात् मानसिक विकलांगता, अपंगता, गंभीर रोग आदि जन्मजात ही पाए जाते हैं। शास्त्रों के अनुसार इन्हीं कारणों से सगौत्र विवाह पर प्रतिबंध लगाया था।*
*इस गोत्र का संवहन यानी उत्तराधिकार पुत्री को एक पिता प्रेषित न कर सके, इसलिये विवाह से पहले #कन्यादान कराया जाता है और गोत्र मुक्त कन्या का पाणिग्रहण कर भावी वर अपने कुल गोत्र में उस कन्या को स्थान देता है, यही कारण था कि विधवा विवाह भी स्वीकार्य नहीं था। क्योंकि, कुल गोत्र प्रदान करने वाला पति तो मृत्यु को प्राप्त कर चुका है।*

*इसीलिये, कुंडली मिलान के समय वैधव्य पर खास ध्यान दिया जाता और मांगलिक कन्या होने से ज्यादा सावधानी बरती जाती है। आत्मज़् या आत्मजा का सन्धिविच्छेद तो कीजिये।*
*आत्म+ज या आत्म+जा।  आत्म=मैं, ज या जा =जन्मा या जन्मी। यानी जो मैं ही जन्मा या जन्मी हूँ।*
*यदि पुत्र है तो 95% पिता और 5% माता का सम्मिलन है। यदि पुत्री है तो 50% पिता और 50% माता का सम्मिलन है। फिर यदि पुत्री की पुत्री हुई तो वह डीएनए 50% का 50% रह जायेगा, फिर यदि उसके भी पुत्री हुई तो उस 25% का 50% डीएनए रह जायेगा, इस तरह से सातवीं पीढ़ी मेंपुत्री जन्म में यह % घटकर 1% रह जायेगा।*

*अर्थात, एक पति-पत्नी का ही डीएनए सातवीं पीढ़ी तक पुनः पुनः जन्म लेता रहता है, और यही है सात जन्मों का साथ। लेकिन, जब पुत्र होता है तो पुत्र का गुणसूत्र पिता के गुणसूत्रों का 95% गुणों को अनुवांशिकी में ग्रहण करता है और माता का 5% (जो कि किन्हीं परिस्थितियों में एक % से कम भी हो सकता है) डीएनए ग्रहण करता है, और यही क्रम अनवरत चलता रहता है, जिस कारण पति और पत्नी के गुणों युक्त डीएनए बारम्बार जन्म लेते रहते हैं, अर्थात यह जन्म जन्मांतर का साथ हो जाता है।*
*इसीलिये, अपने ही अंश को पित्तर जन्मों जन्म तक आशीर्वाद देते रहते हैं और हम भी अमूर्त रूप से उनके प्रति श्रधेय भाव रखते हुए आशीर्वाद आशीर्वाद ग्रहण करते रहते हैं, और यही सोच हमें जन्मों तक स्वार्थी होने से बचाती है, और सन्तानों की उन्नति के लिये समर्पित होने का सम्बल देती है।*

*एक बात और, माता पिता यदि कन्यादान करते हैं, तो इसका यह अर्थ कदापि नहीं है कि वे कन्या को कोई वस्तु समकक्ष समझते हैं, बल्कि इस दान का विधान इस निमित किया गया है कि दूसरे कुल की कुलवधू बनने के लिये और उस कुल की कुल धात्री बनने के लिये, उसे गोत्र मुक्त होना चाहिये। डीएनए मुक्त हो नहीं सकती क्योंकि भौतिक शरीर में वे डीएनए रहेंगे ही, इसलिये मायका अर्थात माता का रिश्ता बना रहता है, गोत्र यानी पिता के गोत्र का त्याग किया जाता है। तभी वह भावी वर को यह वचन दे पाती है कि उसके कुल की मर्यादा का पालन करेगी यानी उसके गोत्र और डीएनए को करप्ट नहीं करेगी, वर्णसंकर नहीं करेगी, क्योंकि कन्या विवाह के बाद कुल वंश के लिये #रज् का रजदान करती है और मातृत्व को प्राप्त करती है। यही कारण है कि हर विवाहित स्त्री माता समान पूज्यनीय हो जाती है।*
*यह रजदान भी कन्यादान की तरह उत्तम दान है जो पति को किया जाता है।*

It seems that in the public’s eyes, all doctors are rich and wealthy. But is there a difference between the two?

There actually is but most of us don't know what that difference is.

All Doctors Are Rich, Right?

Typically after graduating, new docs think they'll become rich because of their high income potential. In today's society, those that earn six figures or more are typically considered rich. As a doctor, your income potential is much higher than the average Joe. The U.S. median annual household income averages $60,000 and the average physician’s salary is $300,000. How much of your salary you save and invest will dictate how wealthy you ultimately become.

Most people think doctors are rich because they typically drive fancy cars, wear expensive clothes, golf/socialize at country clubs, live in fancy neighborhoods, and/or send their kids to private schools. I know many white collar professionals (and you probably do too), that look rich but behind closed doors, are cash-poor with little assets to show for it.

What Do Wealthy People Look Like?

Many doctors never accumulate "real" wealth as they start their careers later in life accumulating large amounts of student loan debt. One of the best books that portrays what true wealth looks like is “The Millionaire Next Door.” The authors, Drs. Stanley and Danko, determined whether someone was wealthy or not was based one number: net worth.

Their wealth formula: Net worth = Assets - Liabilities

Another book that gives guidelines to becoming wealthy is JL Collins's book, “The Simple Path to Wealth.”

He recommends the following: Spend less than you earn, invest the surplus, avoid debt. Do simply this and you'll wind up rich and NOT just in money. Avoid fiscally irresponsible people; never marry one or give them access to your money. Money can buy many things, but nothing more valuable than your freedom. Save a portion of every dollar you earn. Try saving and investing 50 percent of your income. With no debt, this is perfectly doable. When you can live on four percent of your investments per year, you are financially independent.

Being Rich Or Being Wealthy

One of the main differences between a rich person and a wealthy person is that a wealthy one has sustainable wealth that can last for years through investments that typically produce multiple income streams.

Another difference between the two is knowledge.

Wealthy people know how to make money whereas rich people only have money. Many doctors fall into the “rich” category. They make a lot of money but when they stop working, they also stop making money.

Once you know how to make money, you can build sustainable wealth. The money never stops coming in, even if you have a downturn in your practice or investments. You have the smarts to get it flowing again. Ultimately, being wealthy means that you're financially free — no matter how much money you make. It’s not how much money you make that matters, but how long that money works for you.

For me, I could care less what people think of me based on where I live or what I drive. Designer clothes and expensive cars aren’t important to me. I love practicing “stealth wealth.” For those with kids, we know how fast they grow up. Parents have a small window of opportunity to spend time with them until they're gone for good. I'm happiest spending time and creating lasting experiences with them rather than buying stuff I don't need. For me, “wealth is measured in time, not dollars.”

What is Wealth?

You can do a quick Google search and find many examples of wealthy people who obtained it through knowledge and valued it more than money.

My favorite one can be found in the Book of Proverbs, with King Solomon. You think Jeff Bezos is wealthy? King Solomon was extraordinarily wealthy and wise. When he first became king, he was granted anything he wanted and he chose wisdom over riches. In the Book of Proverbs, Solomon lists wisdom and knowledge as the two most important gifts to ask of God. Want to know how to acquire wealth? The same way Solomon created his: Through wisdom and knowledge.

The Letter Your Teenager Can't Write You

Dear Parent:

This is the letter that I wish I could write. 

This fight we are in right now. I need it. I need this fight. I can’t tell you this because I don’t have the language for it and it wouldn’t make sense anyway. But I need this fight. Badly. I need to hate you right now and I need you to survive it. I need you to survive my hating you and you hating me. I need this fight even though I hate it too. It doesn’t matter what this fight is even about: curfew, homework, laundry, my messy room, going out, staying in, leaving, not leaving, boyfriend, girlfriend, no friends, bad friends. It doesn’t matter. I need to fight you on it and I need you to fight me back.

I desperately need you to hold the other end of the rope. To hang on tightly while I thrash on the other end—while I find the handholds and footholds in this new world I feel like I am in. I used to know who I was, who you were, who we were. But right now I don’t. Right now I am looking for my edges and I can sometimes only find them when I am pulling on you. When I push everything I used to know to its edge. Then I feel like I exist and for a minute I can breathe. I know you long for the sweeter kid that I was. I know this because I long for that kid too, and some of that longing is what is so painful for me right now.

I need this fight and I need to see that no matter how bad or big my feelings are—they won’t destroy you or me. I need you to love me even at my worst, even when it looks like I don’t love you. I need you to love yourself and me for the both of us right now. I know it sucks to be disliked and labeled the bad guy. I feel the same way on the inside, but I need you to tolerate it and get other grownups to help you. Because I can’t right now. If you want to get all of your grown up friends together and have a ‘surviving-your-teenager-support-group-rage-fest’ that’s fine with me. Or talk about me behind my back--I don’t care. Just don’t give up on me. Don’t give up on this fight. I need it.

This is the fight that will teach me that my shadow is not bigger than my light. This is the fight that will teach me that bad feelings don’t mean the end of a relationship. This is the fight that will teach me how to listen to myself, even when it might disappoint others. 

And this particular fight will end. Like any storm, it will blow over. And I will forget and you will forget. And then it will come back. And I will need you to hang on to the rope again. I will need this over and over for years.

I know there is nothing inherently satisfying in this job for you. I know I will likely never thank you for it or even acknowledge your side of it. In fact I will probably criticize you for all this hard work. It will seem like nothing you do will be enough. And yet, I am relying entirely on your ability to stay in this fight. No matter how much I argue. No matter how much I sulk. No matter how silent I get.

Please hang on to the other end of the rope. And know that you are doing the most important job that anyone could possibly be doing for me right now.

1. A guy met one of his classmates several years after school and he could not believe his eyes; his friend was driving one of the latest stylish Mercedes Benz cars. He returned home feeling awful and very disappointed with himself. He thought he was a failure. What he did not know was that his friend was a driver and had been sent on a mission with his boss's car!

2. Rosemary always harassed her husband for not being romantic. She accused him of not coming down to open the car door for her as her friend Jane's husband did when he dropped her off at work. What Rosemary did not know was that Jane's husband's car had a broken door that could only be opened from the outside!

3. Sampson's wife went to visit one of her long-time friends and was very disturbed to see her friend's three adorable children having fun. Her problem was that she had only one child and had struggled to conceive for the last five years. What she did not know was that one of those children who was her friend's biological child had sickle cell disease and had only one year to live; the other two are adopted!

4. Life does not have a universal measuring tool; so create your own and use it. Watching people and comparing yourself to them will not make you better but bitter. If you know the kind of load that the chameleon carries, you would not ask why he takes those careful strides. So, enjoy what you have and be grateful to God for that.  Send to everyone on your list to learn from the mistakes of others!

Yes, it's true ! But it's a shame that you literally forget ...... your equals who are already buried!
Your equals who are in a coma!
Your equals who are HIV-positive!
Your equals who are dialyzed!
Your equals who are in a psychiatric center!
Your equals who sleep in the street!
Your equals who are orphans!
Your equals who are unemployed!
Your equals who are hungry!
Your equals who are blind, deaf, dumbs!
Your equals with disabilities!
Your equals who envy you and who are ready to make all kinds of prayers to have a situation similar to yours ...!

You may not be where you want to be! But you are obviously happier than many others !!!!!!!!!

So give thanks to God for all He does in your life!

Be yourself ! And never forget that when you look for sandals, there are those who do not even have feet !!!
